Accessibility of Strategic Alliance Initiatives

The Accessibility of Strategic Alliance Initiatives goal was to make the tools and outcomes of the Strategic Alliance initiatives more accessible to members of both the NPB and PPQ. The initiative looked holistically at the completed Strategic Alliance Initiatives with a goal to identify and update existing tools, to group them logically to make them easier to find and utilize, and to make them equally available to both organizations. This initiative resulted in utilizing the National Plant Board website as the primary resource for housing Strategic Alliance initiative information. Most of the information is available on the public-facing side of the website, with some tools and references only available to NPB membership. Training on the resources and tools to both user audiences (NPB and PPQ) is on-going.
